Pikmin Safari is a collection of short, Pikmin-themed videos originally released on the Nintendo Video channel for the Nintendo 3DS. Styled as playful parodies of nature documentaries, the series features an explorer named Winston Chumling and his cameraman as they trail behind Alph and his crew. Together, they explore the diverse environments of PNF-404—such as the Garden of Hope, Distant Tundra, and Tropical Wilds—while observing the local wildlife and surroundings. The footage is creatively pieced together using in-game visuals from Pikmin 3, captured via the KopPad's camera app and the Go Here! function. Although Nintendo Video was discontinued in June 2015, all episodes of Pikmin Safari are still available to watch for free on the official Play Nintendo’s YouTube channel.
